President of nuke material transport Logistics Company guilty of fraud

The head of the Maryland-based company specializing in the transportation of nuke materials is found guilty of bribery.

According to FreightWaves, Mark Lambert, former president of Transportation Logistics Inc. participated in a scheme to bribe Russian officials.

This violates the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and counts as wire fraud and conspiracy charges. Mark Lambert has to appear in court on March 9, 2020.
