Electronic logging devices have been mandatory now in the United States for about 18 months. Ever since drivers try to get accustomed to the new equipment. Even fleets that run on automatic on-board recording devices (AOBRDs) will be replaced with ELDs by December 2019.
The telecommunications company AT&T is one of the first giants to help transportation companies to become ELD-compliant and support drivers to operate the device.
AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise offers tablets that enables drivers to electronically record and share their records with their managers.
