Amazon and Home Depot sign on as tenants for Seattle warehouse

The multi-story warehouse in Seattle has its first tenants: Amazon and Home Depot.

The several floors occupy more than 590,000 square feet and several truck courts, loading docks, and ramps. This is the first vertical warehouse in the U.S.

Home Depot uses this Seattle facility to reach the goal of providing same-day delivery closer to city centers.

E-commerce is another helpful tool to deliver that service.
